Here's What We Will Do in 60 Minutes

0-10 Min - The Orientation. We get clear on exactly what you want to walk away with from this session and what success looks like for you today.
10-30 Min - The Clarity Dig. We go deep on where you are, where you want to go, and what is actually standing between you and that next step. This is where the real work happens.
30-50 Min - The Unblock. We identify your specific blocks; mindset, strategy, or both and start to dismantle them. You’ll name things in this section that you’ve been carrying quietly for longer than you realize.
50-60 Min - The Plan. You leave with a clear, written action plan and your prioritized next 3 steps. Not a vague ‘direction’, a concrete roadmap.
After Your Leadership Clarity Call, You Will Have:
- A named leadership identity - You'll be able to articulate who you are as a leader, not just your title, but your values, your approach, and your presence.
- Clarity on your next move - Not a long list of options. One clear, prioritized direction based on where you are right now.
- Your blocks identified - The specific mindset patterns or strategic gaps that have been keeping you stuck will be named and you'll have a starting point to address them.
- A concrete 3-step action plan - Written during the session. Something you can look at tomorrow and actually do.
